These Terms apply to all users, including free tier users and premium subscribers, and govern your access to all features, services, and functionality provided by SELION.AI.

SELION.AI is a premium, AI-powered wardrobe management platform:

3. Account Registration and Security

• Authentication: You may authenticate using Google, Apple ID, or email/password.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality.
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Account Integrity: No sharing, transferring, or selling accounts.

5. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation

• Payment Processing: Securely processed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.
• Easy Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your app store.
• Refund Policy: No refunds for partial periods or used credits.
• Top-Up Credits: Non-refundable once added. Never expire.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of your photos.
• License Grant: Limited license to use content for service delivery.
• Content Rights: You warrant you have rights to upload content.
• Content Restrictions: No illegal, harmful, or objectionable content.
• Content Moderation: We may remove violating content.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Illegal Activities: Use service for unlawful purposes
• IP Infringement: Upload infringing content
• Security Violations: Attempt to hack or compromise security
• Automated Access: Use bots or scrapers
• Account Sharing: Share or sell credentials
• Harmful Content: Upload offensive material

8. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

• Generated Content: AI results are computer-generated visualizations.
• No Accuracy Guarantee: Results may not perfectly match reality.
• Personal Use License: For personal, non-commercial use only.
• Responsible Use: Don't create misleading or harmful content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
• WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED IMAGES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• SELION.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
• THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
• OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SELION.AI IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

• Voluntary Termination: Delete your account via Profile → Settings.
• Termination for Cause: We may suspend or terminate for violations.
• Data Deletion: Data permanently deleted within 30 days.
• No Refunds: Termination for violations entitles no refund.

11.1 Grounds for Immediate Termination

• Device Tampering: Use of Frida, Xposed, or modified binaries.
• Multi-Account Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses.
• Harassment: Sending harassing or hateful content.
• Payment Fraud: Chargebacks, refund abuse, stolen payment methods.
• API Abuse: Automated requests, bot usage, DoS attacks.

11.2 Device-Level Enforcement

In cases of serious abuse, we may implement device-level restrictions affecting all accounts on that device.

11.3 Appeals Process

Submit appeals to [email protected] within 14 business days.

12. Modifications to Terms

• Notification: Material changes communicated 30 days in advance.
• Acceptance: Continued use constitutes acceptance.
• Rejection: Discontinue use if you disagree.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws:

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SELION.AI operates.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
• Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within our operational jurisdiction.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.
